We went to Pushakr in Rajasthan during the Pushkar Mela but due to the Corona Pandemic the Camel Trade and Camel Safari was cancelled. But we did get to see the Mela of 33 Crore Hindu Gods as well as experienced the special aarti during this Mela which happens only for 7 days in a year.
We first visited the famous Brahma Temple. They claim that it is the only Brahma temple in the World so it is really exclusive and powerful as well. This temple in right next to Pushkar Ghat and inside the huge Temple Complex.
Then we offered our Prayers here. This place is most famous for Pind Dann , a ritual when someone dies in Hindu Religion the daan is offered in name of the ancestors and the people who have died in the family
Then began the Maha Aarti at 6 pm . It was the first day of the Mela so very auspicious Day and it is beleived that all the 33 crore Gods in Hindu Religion reside in the Pushkar lake for only 7 days together.
We also went around the Temple Complex ,the Complex is full of shops , restaurants , sweets , clothes market and traditional Rajasthani Handicrafts as well.
The entire complex is very clean and all the people are taking the necessary Corona Precautions.
The clothes, footwear , accessories everything is so colorful all around you. we also spotted some weapons shops which is not something you can usually see.
We also tasted the famous Rabdi of Pushkar . The taste of Milk is so different here and so all the sweets and Rabdi tastes delicious.
We also explored the Ajmer Sharif Dargah as well which is in Ajmer city , only 30 Minutes and 15 kms from this Pushkar.
Ajmer Sharif Dargah is the one of the Most Visited Dargah in India.People come here from all religions and offer their prayers and 'Chadar' to mark their respect and get their wishes granted.
Visiting this place was definetly a fantastic experiece .

The Food and the ambience was very nice we tried Pizza , Pasta and garlic Bread.
In Pushkar we stayed in Ananta Resort & Spa , a very nice resort with spacious rooms that cost us Rs 8,000 per night
The buffet breakfast had lots of options and many options for Kids as well. A must Try place when in Pushkar or Ajmer. it is truly one of the best resorts to stay in Pushkar.
