We booked 3 rooms 4 weeks in advance. When we arrived we got two Big furnished rooms with sofa and chair but the third room looked very sad. No furniture, nothing on the wall, no place to sit beside the bed. Even the bed was of a smaller size. When e requested for a similar room, they said they don't Have any available. We paid more for lake view rooms but there as no view from these rooms. We had requested higher floors but they put us on bottom floor. The staff wasn't very helpful. The restaurant was expensive and The food was tasteless. Service at the restaurant was bad. For 15 minutes no one came to the table, after asking many times they brought the menu. We will not stay there next time ☹️

Ooh my favourite hotel in Udaipur. Very nice property and very courteous staff. Hotel has lake view from room which is amazing. In evening you can stroll around the haveli. Very nice feel. Rooms are big and clean. It has a restaurant opposite to hotel where you can have nice candle light dinner. Food is good too. Highly recommended.

The location of the restaurant was amazing but the Rooms could have been better, it was somewhere between a heritage property and a 3 Star Hotel. The Breakfast view makes it a good place to visit and stay
