Location wise very good. Rooms were spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. Staff members were polite and helpful. But the service was not quick. For basic room service, I needed repeated follow-up calls. Swimming pool is available with beds around. Overall decent experience.

The room were perfect. We booked two rooms and they were connected from inside the room which was really convenient for a family. The restaurant food dinner was also delicious. We had complimentary breakfast and it was buffet. And it was worth it ! The variety of food available for breakfast is really good and you are full till evening snacks time. Also the hotel inside is also huge and one should roam there too to see the interiors and glory of hotel.

Very poor hospitality, I have stayed there on 14 Aug to 16 August. When I want something like towel, glass or any thing, I have to make 4-5 calls to reception for a single thing after calling the numbers of time I have to go on the reception to collect the same thing. I have asked to receptionist about the cheep hospitality, they replied that they don't have sufficient staff due to Corona. My simple question is that if you don't have sufficient staff and not able to give a proper service to your customers then why are you make a huge numbers of bookings in you hotel. We were 5 people and booked two rooms, wasted Rs.19700 / for two days. The same problem happened with others who were stayed in the hotel. All were very disturbed from your hospitality. I'll never visit again ND never refer to anyone.

Worst service ever, testless food. No man power. Room service zero. Sense less staff. They are not solve the problem of guests. Don’t choose this resort by the name. Food is not good. They don’t have value of guests.

I had stayed for 2 days at Radisson Blu Udaipur on 14-15 Aug, 2020. I had forgotten my iphone charger in room no 2061 which was confirmed by receptionist. I had requested sending it to my home with the assurance that i will bear the courier charges. Still i haven’t received my charger back and now they are not even replying. Is this the way to treat the guests. Its highly unprofessional and unethical way of treating customers who come to you with high expectations of hospitality and pleasant experience. I hope after reading the reveiw, at least, management would bother to reply me and redress my grievance. Awaiting your prompt and positive response.
