The hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating from the start of our trip to the end in December 2019. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful not to mention incredibly beautiful! The manager of the restaurant is the most humble man we have encountered during our trip who went above and beyond to make my sister’s birthday special when another hotel reservation was cancelled and she was incredibly upset. He kept the restaurant open a little longer and surprised her with dessert to make it a lovely experience. I will make it my mission to return to this place very soon! Recommend to everyone and anyone!

This place felt like being in heaven! I recommend it to everyone. After a long road and a miserable time lost in the narrow, crowded streets in the city, blocked by a lot of construction sites when we came, as soon as we stepped into the hotel, we felt soo wonderful! Quite, beautiful, luxurious with a restaurant absolutely magical. You feel like being a maharaja on top of his castle. The room was also nice and delightful... I took pictures to try to build the same at home someday!! Thank you Jagat Niwas Palace, you made this trip unforgettable.

Excellent place with best view of lake pichola & Lake Palace. Food is very tasty. Rooms are very good with all amenities. New addition is the pool on top floor
