This hotel is a decent place to stopover. They are pet friendly. However do not expect much more.

Worst check in and front desk staff you could ever see. They’re narrow minded, definitely judgemental and if you’re travelling from a big city you’d have a tough time here. Boycott the hotel! To reply to what they’ve responded, I think you should have been socially aware that it’s obvious that the ID proof is mandatory and it’s but obvious and this is a huge dispute of lying and changing the statements by your hotel after i represented the issue, I was always ready to present the government issued ID cards for both the two persons at the time of checkin. I like the way you totally lied to mmt that the guests denied to show the IDs and you are not accountable for the same. Atleast be faithful to the company who’s providing you guest ie mmt in this case and loyal to your own guest. And speaking of your “ broad mind ness” I saw that at the hotel and let’s not get there coz people are not blind and it’s a public review. So lying here won’t help.

Great service and food with room facility, situated in the city so it's location is pretty good if u wlr coming to Rome around the City

Very nice place.. and food quality is awesome.. 24 hour hot water available.. only parking issue.. not private parking. But as they provide us is safe parking..

Amazing hotel, excellent service. We had gone to spend our anniversary and we didn't regret at all, our room was decorated with a lovely cake waiting for us. Rooms have an amazing view with the best bathroom. Highly recommended. Hotel have a variety of restaurants to choose from, and the breakfast spread is one of the best spread you can witness. Will definitely visit again
