Village Hotel Albert Court - Singapore    Share

I stayed in this hotel in January 2020 with my family. The hotel location is very convenient from metro and front side of the hotel is very soothing and well design. Hotel environment is very clean and stuffs are very well behaved. Front side view from the room was very good. Breakfast is managed by another partner but there are good variety. It is worth staying there. Some restaurants are just outside the hotel and food quality is also good. Overall I enjoyed with my family.

Sadly I got this hotel as my Stay Home Notice (SHN). No water provided because tap water is drinkable. Asked if I can get a proper chair to work on, this sad ottoman is all I will be getting. Day 14 can’t come soon enough

For the past 14 days of my SHN stay in this hotel, it was very comfortable & the staffs here shown me great hospitality. The service they provided me is very memorable. I wish to thank all the staffs, the Marketing personnel, the Maintenance personnel and not forgetting the staffs at the Fron Office. Special thanks esp to Gian, Jason & Yimon. You guys really made me felt important. I will surely miss all of you.

Quarantined here for 7 days - the rooms are very old and dark, the sheets smelt damp, the bar fridge isn't good for storing food (so says the disclaimer sticker). Expect to drink tap water only. Their WIFI is the worst (most guests are using their mobile hotspots) The one positive thing I will say is that the service is great, staff have great attitude and are very helpful. Oh, and the bathtub, that's a welcomed escape.

Love the village set up here, conducive, great for gatherings.
