I served SHN in this hotel. The rooms are extremely small and no place for any work desk. However if you are "lucky" enough, you could get a room with a loft or a balcony which will make it easier for your 14 days quarantine. Surprisingly the service staff and the front desk offered good service and were helpful thus making the experience easier. If not for the physical limitation of the hotel, this hotel though not along orchard road actually is reasonable and decent due to the good people who work here.

Good place has great amenities.. well maintained and fantastic service. Though room was a bit small but it was ok.

we stayed for 4 nights on 20-24 january. we booked 1 premiere, 1 triple, and 1 studio room for 7 adults, 1 kid, and 2 infants. overall we are very satisfied with the hotel. the hotel's price is mid range. it offered very nice service from the staffs, nice amenities in the room and a strategic location. the studio room is very fun for kids since it has two floors bedroom. the staffs are very kind and helpful especially mr. henry who always greets us on our way out in the morning and he even arrange transport for some of us to the airport. pros: -clean and nice room with window -located just beside MRT station entrance -hotel breakfast is in halal owned restaurant beside the lobby -there is a mosque exactly across the street -near convenience stores (Cheers is beside the hotel, 7-Eleven just 200m) -clean swimming pool -a little pricey but combined with the services it is value for money cons: -very very narrow room

Tiny tiny room. Nice pool and outdoor area. I was able to do my own laundry which was awesome. Staff was helpful. Good location right near the metro, a food court nearby as well as trendy bars. Room came with. Tv, coffee and tea

Pros : - Walking distance to Bugis area - Clean - Efficient service - Good city view from the room - Even small, the room size was OK for me - no noise Cons : - Electricity plug location is not effective - pillow is not comfortable (too thin & bad material) Still recommended tho...
