By far the best experience we have ever had at an amusement park. The park is wonderfully clean. My wife and i had such a great day here. Universal Studios is fun place to visit. There's good and inexpensive food outside the park too. Visited in August 2019.

One of the most beautiful and dream come true place in Singapore. It stays true to its promise of bringing you more closer to your favorite characters from the Universal Studio movies. You become a kid yourself and the kids, they just have a blast. Extremely clean and well maintained. Transports you to another world itself.

Good place for a day trip. The queues can be long and waiting can be in hours but with little planning and luck more than 5 rides can be done in 5 hours. Better to get there early and spend the whole day to enjoy most of the rides. In the evening with the sun going down the lights come on and that is also reveals another colorful side of the place.

I love theme parks and I had USS season pass awhile back. I visited the park often and had so much fun! Definitely eat before going so you’ll have full energy for the rides. The prices at Sentosa in general is high for bring your own water too. Sometimes, the waiting time might be a little long so stock up on entertainment. Whether be it your mobile phone or friends, a little entertainment could make the wait more tolerable. The only bad thing is that it’s small. I would love to be able to experience more but for a small country like Singapore, it’s good enough :)

Good attractions, terrible service. While the place and rides are neatly designed and the layout of the park is good, the people in charge of the place is an entirely different story. When you ask a crew member for directions, almost none of them responsed with a smile and some even shot me a look like I was wasting their time. To make matters worse, a ride with a queue longer than an hour broke halfway, and all they did was make an announcement something along the lines of "ride is broken, we do not know when it will be fixed, so you either wait or leave the queue". No staff attended to the long line and we blindly stood in a crowded hallway not knowing whether to leave or not. Some people, having waited an hour or 2, decided not to leave but little did they know that even after another 2 hours the ride was still down and still NO staff walked to apologise. When I went up to ask how long the downtime was, they gave us toxic glances as if the ride breaking down was OUR fault. Not to mention, the food inside is terrible. While I was not expecting any good food, especially from a park, it was simply inedible. The foodstand was selling turkey legs which tasted so unfresh and chewy with 0 taste and it cost over 10 dollars for a leg. Even buying food from a supermarket and microwaving it yields much more flavor than the food in the park. It honestly is not worth your time and money, especially if you are a tourist. Singapore has so many beautiful attractions but this is definitely not one of them.
