The Singapore Botanic Gardens is a 162-year-old tropical garden located at the fringe of Singapore's Orchard Road shopping district. It is one of three gardens, and the only tropical garden, to be honoured as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

It's been quite some time I've been to this place. After some renovation, it's one of Singapore's attractive places to explore n enjoy. We went to the Orchid Park n marvelled at all the wonderful species at close encounter. It's one of the places where u can enjoy a slow walk n immersed in the natural surroundings simultaneously. Good to exercise too!

One of the best-reserved places in Singapore. It's very well maintained and one can spend hours roaming around or just relaxing. The place is vast and probably will take you more than half a day to fully explore it. I always enjoy going here for morning runs and then treating myself to a good full-filling breakfast in one of the many award-winning restaurants located inside the garden. Recommended full time

Go to the Botanical Gardens and there you’ll find the Orchard Garden. I never knew there were so many varieties of Orchids. Lots of seating areas to admire the scenery or to rest up. Well worth a visit.

The plants were beautiful and well maintained... nice spacious space to immense yourself in the nature. When you are down for a break, there are also various restaurants to choose from. Really enjoyed myself there... would be even better if the humidity and weather show some mercy

If you are in Singapore then you really must do yourself a favor and see the Singapore Botanical Gardens. It is immense, very diverse and a rich tropical flare so different from gardens in the west that I've visited ...and I've seen many. Like so many things about Singapore it's magnificent in it's scale, beauty and attention to detail. The orchid garden, somewhat set apart is worth the time too.
