Crowd management was excellent. The staff were all very proactive and motivated and were very ready to help. Excellent service! Even though with the safety management measures in place, I still managed to cover all the exhibits, which was great! And despite having to manage large crowds at times, the staff were chirpy and polite.

Beautiful underwater aquarium. However, the river safari is better bang for the buck. Please note that the entire excursion would take about 1.5 hours. If you are the elderly, young children or pregnant, you have no resting/sitting areas. So you just got to keep walking for the entire trip. Oh, and if you do need a toilet break, there are no washrooms inside the aquarium. It's at the entry and exit of this attraction. They'll allow you to walk out of the aquarium to the washroom and re enter. But its a walk! Beautiful otherwise. Be patient and wait in queue to look at the various exhibits that are popular. They are worth the photo opportunity.

Repeat visit for me but still very enjoyable despite the many vivid measures in place. Like the less crowd that allow me to enjoy the display in more peaceful manner. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Stay safe ambassador are around to help maintain good social distancing. Please stay safe while visiting!

Best aquarium I have ever been to by far. As someone who loves marine biology and have been to many aquariums this has been the best. The central room with the giant glass with all of the manta rays and sharks, it’s so cool. If you ever think about going just do it. No reason not to.
