The room smelt of damp and the staff were not very polite or helpful during out stay. We requested more than one room key as there were three of us staying but they refused. They were also particularly difficult about putting our hand luggage behind the counter for safe keeping. They instead wanted to tie it up.with string. For the price of the room I wouldn't say it was great which was a shame as this was a birthday treat.

The Place and staff was good. but they could have done something more. Location was good and easy accessible to many places. my hot water shower didn't work properly and i recommend them to consider about the maintenance properly.

I had a very bad experience. I emailed to ask about reservation for August 2020. Nobody called me. When I called in to ask after a few days, the staff gave me really bad attitude. And when I requested to speak with manager, she said manager is not keen to do business. Really horrible services to chase guests away!

Sheets are changed once a week, and towels are only changed every three days. after stay over a month here, the three quilts were replaced by one, saying that it was not enough to give others.
