Hotel in great location in Singapore. Friendly staff and clean amenities too! The swimming pool at Novotel is excellent for lap swim and enjoyment, and is right next to the restaurant with easy access to food. Check-in and Checkout was seamless, and the shopping centre downstairs have a number of cheap food outlets. Would recommend this hotel for mid range price conscious travelers looking for a hotel in good location.

Staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself is older, decor slightly dated but still functional and has everything we needed. We stayed on 21st floor which gave us access to the lounge. It was worthwhile paying the extra as evening canapés were nice and good variety of drinks available. Location was fabulous and close to restaurants and activities generally within walking distance. I got a special deal on room by waiting for a good sale before booking. This hotel in comparison with other newer hotels was good value for money.

We stayed here for 7 nights. We were traveling with 2 kids and upon check in we were upgraded to the premium suite. The room was very big considering average room size in Singapore. The room was slightly old but very comfortable, with a sitting area, small kitchen, dinning table, separate bath tub and shower area. overall we had a very comfortable stay. Location of the hotel is the biggest plus point, with many good restaurants and bars within a minute walk. Money exchange, seven eleven all in the hotel premises. Hotel staffs were very polite and helpful. We had a great stay at novotel clarke quay. Will definitely stay here again if we visit singapore again.

The hotel location is very beautiful for tourists, it's very close to Clarke Quay, you will have very good opportunity to move around by walk such as china town, shopping malls, boating tours is may be 10 meters from the hotel. Very good area. However, there are other good hotels nearby the area also which are beautiful more than Novotel such as intercontinental hotel etc.....
