One stop shopping centre that serves a wide range of goods, that meets the needs of ordinary citizens. Fresh produce, reasonably priced. Am glad the place has been tidied up, and unfriendly 'hopeless staff who stand by doing nothing' have been replaced or sent packing to their home country. Poor employee training and supervision. Foreign imports behave as if locals owe them a living. They won't respond to your questions or queries. They don't know what is customer service. Staff training, supervision and discipline is vital to maintaining a good image of this wonderful shopping centre. Get rid of all poor performers.
