The award-winning Min Jiang restaurant continues to expand its footprint with the opening of Min Jiang at Dempsey. Set amidst the luscious greens of Dempsey Hill, this is the second independent restaurant that Goodwood Park Hotel fully manages off site. Housed in a 5,000 square foot black and white one-storey colonial building with a main dining area, 3 private dining rooms, a timber decked alfresco for outdoor dining and a cosy bar, there will be ample space for 110 guests. It is also a lovely venue choice for couples who wish to hold their wedding in a unique location. Very good food. Many dishes can be ordered without pork. The finishings and furniture are world class. Brass top tables, white oak chairs with rattan weave on the sides. The duck wrap is very good. Dessert is so so. Excellent service.

I had a perfect dining experience here. The dim sum itself is a little bit pricey but it’s absolutely worth a try for the fantastic atmosphere and outstanding services. Great option for business lunch I would say.

Some hits and misses. In all honesty, can get the food offered here anywhere else in spore and also at cheaper prices. Nothing stood out as well. But ambience and atmosphere excellent.

24 Oct 2020, We had a fabulous lunch at Ming Jiang Dempsey. Pretty pricey but I guess you pay for the experience here. We ordered the Fish cooked in 2 ways and that was fabulous. As usual we over ordered the food and had to doggy bag some the the dishes back. Forgot to photograph 2 other dishes.

The atmosphere is nice with a lot of woods in the interior. This place is something new as a modern Chinese restaurant. Duck was soft but the cute shaped dumplings such as fish and squid looking were normal. Staff who served was a bit absent minded and forgot our drinks ordered and she was not so friendly. Other than that, in general it was okay experience. The thing I enjoyed the most was the peking duck.
