Edited to add that the hotel have been in touch and offered vouchers. So have changed the rating to 3 stars. Original review - 1 star Very disappointed with this hotel. We were looking forward to our stay but Singapore closed its border due to Covid-19 the day we were due to arrive. We informed the hotel as soon as we learned of this so they could rent our room out to other travellers stuck in Singapore. But as this was a few hours after the end of our free cancellation period, we could not get any refund, even under these exceptional circumstances. Other friends were able to get a full refund from a different hotel. We requested a refund twice but were refused. Very poor customer service.

Great value give how expensive Singapore is. The location is amazing, couldn't be better. The room is very small but clean and has everything you need. The breakfast is not really good, suggest to go somewhere else.
