Impeccable service, extremely polite and attentive wait staff. Food was very fresh and we would come back again! Thank you for the great experience. Do note that you are unable to use capital land vouchers at this outlet. They only accept Hai Di Lao vouchers.

There isn’t really anything to complain about, the service especially, it felt authentic, not the typical “surface treatment”. I don’t know how the company motivates it’s employees but kudos to all staffs from HaiDiLao. It makes the meal much more satisfying! Personal favourite is definitely the shrimp paste!

HDL is really renowned for its exceptional services. Always a positive experience when dining at HDL the staff will always make you feel very welcome. Pricing is on the high side a meal for 3 will usually end up close to $200.

Even though they belong to the same family as the outlet at Somerset and Novena Square, the feeling you get is just somewhat different. Although materialistically speaking they serve similar stuff, the level of service and the crowd you get is just lacking. If possible, I'd recommend the other outlets instead, but if you want to simply eat hai di lao, this place serves its purpose.
