I would like to compliment the good service provided by the hotel staff. The front desk staff Ms Kim service is good. She’s polite & patient to visitors. The guy doing the cleaning service is polite. The restaurant staff are also friendly. The room is just nice for 2 person to stay in. And the location is so convenient with shopping malls around it. Recommend for staycation.

This hotel is inclusive; they hire people from all walks of life including the intellectually challenged. Kudos to this hiring policy. Please keep this up.

Great service from staff. The bed is big and comfortable. My wife loved the bathtub.

Great overall experience as you'd expect from a hotel in the heart of orchard road. They had some setbacks with reopening after so many months but, give them a chance. We all need it during such times

Every single staff ensures that all guests abide by the safe distancing measures at all times. Constantly seeing staff wiping down windows, walls, interiors of lifts, and every other corner to maintain cleanliness of the facility. Rooms are in perfect condition in terms of cleanliness and tidiness. Staffs are also extremely polite, constantly greeting every guest passing by with a smile. Mitzo staffs provides the best service in all of my F&B experience with various restaurants and hotels. Made sure we were comfortable and are ever-ready to attend to guests' needs. Staffs are always on alert and ready to assist any guest who looks lost by approaching them and asking if they require and assistance. 10/10 will visit again and will definitely recommend Grand Park Orchard as a to-go to all my friends and family. Keep up the excellent service!
