Checked in today as part of the SHN process.. Room size is OK but there is no access to outside air. Cleanliness of floors and surfaces was 5/10 but the air filtration condition was nothing short of horrendous. It appeared that the filters had not been cleaned or serviced for years and significant amounts of mold and dust were present. This presents a clear health risk so take note if you book or are allocated a room here.

Room is dirty and dusty. Stain on chair. Water leakage in the bathroom. Air-con not working. One day suddenly no hot water and they give me two pails of water to bathe like village style. Gave one towel for use if 3 days and when asked for one more, the receptionist was rude and said its hotel ruling .Dustbin ia dirty too . Food is bad. No doubt location is good but I suggest travellers if you are coming to Singapore, do check out other hotels meant with good location and almost same price . I have uploaded some photos so may take a look. For those who gotten good clean rooms are lucky . After much hassle, I managed to move to a better hotel and a better room.

My son and I stayed 15 days for SHN here. Staffs have been very helpful. We had some room issues and duty manager and staffs were quick to rectify and changed new room for us.

The place itself is fine. I served my SHN there. The rooms are fine but you won't get a feeling of living in 4 star. They staff is very rude (apart from one girl named maria) even the manager was too rude and don't even know how to talk. I had the worst experience in this hotel. They always served cold food. No matter how many times you told them not to. Not recommended to anyone. If you serve your stay home there, May GOD be with you, coz hotel staff will treat you like an animal.

SHN quarantine was an awful experience. Had to change my room 3 times due to the mould on the chair, musty smell, fingerprints on the window, dirty bedsheets and no access to fresh air. Food was also very poor. Luckily changed the hotel as I can’t imagine to stay there 2 weeks. This hotel shouldn’t be on SHN approved hotel lists due to the health hazard.
