Good place in general.. But not at all for new year's fireworks.. here is no view for fire works... They say on there new year party event at level 71 but its not.... Half of the crowd left after countdown.... So go there for city view but not for fire works.... Its a nice place though....

The service here is ridiculously bad and makes a visit to this bar absolutely not worth it. The servers made a mistake in our bill during happy hour, and rather than fixing *their* mistake and charging us the correct amount, they decided that their solution was to charge us the full (non-happy hour) price, making us pay an extra $20 for absolutely no good reason. They refused to listen to our arguments and to hold themselves accountable for the mistake, and we finally gave up and just paid the $20 to avoid a scene. I will definitely never be returning due to this absolutely terrible service and the poor principles of this bar.

Other than the amazing view, you can expect the service here to be great. However, their dance floor seems mediocre.
