Ambience, Atmosphere is great. Controllable lightings. And Ridiculously easy method of song browsing. One small minor con, room kinda warm. Location of air-con, unable to condition entirely. Nevertheless,great experience. Booking was 2 weeks in advance for festive peak.

Need to wait 2-3hrs for two songs. Asked the staffs here can we go inside small hall sing as we waited for hours but answer from staff is they wanted to SAVE electricity so they can't open the small hall. After an hour, they open the small hall for their regulars. Service sucks.

The songs selcted they insert to other customer due to their regular. Is unfair to new customer whom visit their pub. Totally disgusted. To me, they take care lf their regular only. Won't visit them anymore
