Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in SIMLA Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff ou. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to SIT AND VIEW such a quiet and peaceful environment. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!More

Location of the hotel is just amazing, right on the Mall road with everything just walking distance. The Skybar provides such an amazing view of the valley and the food at the restaurant inside the hotel also is too good. All in all a very good experience and worth staying at this place in Shimla.

Located on the Mall Road, just besides the famous Lift. The Ridge is walking distance. Hotel Willow Banks was established in late 1800s and was owned by Athur James Craddok, "Architect and Builder of Shimla. Its a charming place to stay.

Stayed 3 days ago we booked premium room with big balcony but balcony was joke with drainage pipe opened at our balcony. No service provided we have to tow our lyggage to lift and their men is just walking with us dont he has to take our luggage poor service
