A good hotel at the price point that we got. Rooms are quite nice, so is the layout of the hotel. The mini fridge was not working when we checked in, but was replaced promptly. One of the taps in the bathroom wasn't working properly. The dinner buffet and breakfast had an extremely nice spread. Top notch. Though a tad expensive. But excellent food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.

Great place to relax. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very courteous and ready to cater to your needs. When we visited after the lockdown they ensured that our stay was safe and they did not compromise on any safety standards. The food is amazing especially the prawn dishes. Breakfast was filling. The bathroom is equipped with multi showers which offer a great bathing experience.

No where near expectations. Will share just one incident our of many.. I was told that rooms available only on ground floor, which I request to check again if it can be changed. No issues. But Same moment while at reception receptionist got call from someone and she clearly said it's available. I am Frequent traveller let's have some honestly. Booking from online app makes sometime feel cheated at hotels. Follow the basics and be genuine with all.

The place was average but was overpriced. Rooms, overall property and food was fine, but at the same price there are much better options available in Pondicherry. The staff was not too welcoming either, especially the front desk who always seemed as if they are in a bad mood for the whole three days we stayed there. Nothing wrong with the place except that value for money was quite low.
