Ambience of the hotel is good. It is accessible in the main road and good parking facility. But, the service is not that great. Even though the staffs are polite, no one picks up the phone (intercom 222 for room service) how many times we call them. ROOM Service only available between 9.00Am - 10.20 PM. Drinking water needs to be filled on your own and room cleaning must be desperately asked to be done. Extra beds are available at cost of ₹700.

Rooms good , poor maintain,. 2 pm check in and 12pm check out, Any earlier check in and check out charge ₹ 500, even if any one wants to check in 12pm and want to check out 3pm they charging 500 No complementary water, no proper house keeping. Breakfast tasty south Indian food (service base with available of Idly, Dosa and puri) no buffet.

Very very poor maintenance. The bed was very dirty with strands of hair and the room service was pathetic. No body shows up even though I called the front desk a dozen times. The bathroom had this disgusting smell, literally felt pukish. And the water is somewhat slimy i.e it never goes away from your skin how much ever you try to wash away. The complimentary breakfast they offer is no good. The basic idli itself was half cooked and sticking to the fingers and the sambar and chutney was disgusting. All in all, never going to book this hotel once again.

Good Hotel and decent rooms. Breakfast is also good. Stayed for one night.
