Looks good only in photos, but in reality it's not. Very negligent approach by the staff. The staff is more discussing within themselves and you will be waiting for resolution of your issues and you get standard answer, we will let you know in some time. That sometime never comes. In my 2 days stay, I had this experience in all my requests. TV was not working, tea/coffee pouches not in place, No bucket mug in the bathroom. I had given choice for double bed while booking, however I landed up in the room with 2 single bed, When enquired, the answer was 'it's based on availability and all the rooms are full,' though it was booked quite early, when most of the rooms were empty and reached well before the check in time. Staff told they will check the possibility if the room will be vacant on next day. I was following up on the next day since morning till 3.00pm, till an hour after the std check in time. Even few of the rooms checked out in front of me but the team was just saying we will check and arrange But finally again back to the statement 'all rooms are full.' The only good thing was breakfast. But, Please ensure if its included as complimentary or paid, in case at all you want to book here, if left with no other option.
