Lots of facilities but the rooms were not serviced and the beds had sand in them. Fairly good location with lots of shops but only Indian food restaurants around it. It's a ten minute walk to the pier where you can go by boat to the beach.

The best place to stay whilst in Pattaya. 2 pools, 2 sky gardens, baht bus runs past here regularly. Also there is underground parking for car or moped, concierge and 24/7 security. A 10 minute walk to walking street. I will be back next year

The building is massive and it results in waiting for elevators over 5 minutes. The facilities are quite dirty, people drinking in the lobby and by the pool. A lot of drunk people especially in the evening and morning . The gym is always full and it's impossible to exercise. The pools are nice. Especially for the kids, but there are many people . Overall, it is an ok location and service .. but I wished for more quite and enjoyable stay.

It was such an awesome experience of my life at this place. This place is great and you will enjoy the stay here. I will always stay here if I get the chance to go to pattaya. 5 star property.

Great location ok units. That being said, I wouldn't want to live here, too crowded, too thin walls, you can hear neighbours from 6 rooms away. Nonexistent security.
