The location is quite convenient but the management is very poor. I booked a room in advance and it was cancelled a few hours to my arrival, without my knowledge. The staff did help when I arrived but the room I eventually got was nothing close to what I initially booked, probably one of the worst rooms there. They charge literally for everything, even a dirty cup! I'm glad I only stayed for one night

Big clean room and amazing shower. Short walk away from all the hustle and bustle made for a good night's sleep. Great pool on the roof. Top class breakfast and helpful staff. Will return on my next visit to pattaya.

One of the good hotel, rooms are clean and well maintained guest friendly hotel.swimming at top floor is amazing and really enjoyable. Complimentary breakfast was enjoyable , and u can enjoy free wifi, but it does not auto connect, each time you need to enter the password.

Good hotel. Great swimming pool, the water is sparkling clear. Reception is decent and polite, specially art is a very nice and cooperative fellow. Indian food is available in breakfast but they can add a few options...

The Sun Xclusive Hotel is best in class hotel. Location is perfect and near by Walking street.Rooms are good , neat n clean. Staff is well behaviour and friendly. Complementary breakfast is good and tasty. But for vegetarian they provide 3 to 4 option, but they are less. In veg Breakfast they provide poha, Fried rice, Mix dal, fried potato, Bread n butter, jam and milk, cornflex. Hotel is guests friendly. Swimming pool is on tol floor, having good view and there is also a bar for your drink. Overall Good stay at this hotel.
