Well rude receptionist demanding payment for the next day at 09:30 in the morning when I asked why no answer people playing football in the swimming pool also I saw the cleaning staff washing dirty ash trays in the swimming pool couldn't belive my eyes have stayed there before but will definitely think twice next time such a nice hotel is took some pictures of the nice design of the place asked receptionist to pose for a picture for my review told no rather abruptly guess she was having a bad day..?

Currently staying here and have found it to be excellent so far. Staff,location,rooms and pool all perfect for my family which includes 2 adults and 3 children. Unfortunately we have only 3 nights here as we are going up north but will definitely be coming back next year for longer.This is by far the best I have stayed at in Thailand. Highly recommend to all.
