The hotel is situated pretty much in the heart of Pattaya but is still in a quiet street so you don't hear the noise of the busy streets at night. I can advise if you want to eat decently from the breakfast buffet, you should go get breakfast by 6am. Big groups of Chinese people are occupying most of the hotel and they will eat almost everything away. The buffet is more made for Chinese/Japanese people, so here you can't expect much American or western type of breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful .

Stayed here for 3days/2nights. Room: The room looks newly renovated and clean but still, its not one of the best. The aircondition is an old model. We occupy a room with king size bed but its 2 single bed together. One single bed is hard while another is too soft. Beds have wheels which is tripping hazard and could wound your feet. Toilet is fine with me with bidet and water heater for shower function perfectly but its too high for my wife. Only water heater, tv which normally we dont use because only thai channels are available, small fridge, table with three chairs and slow wifi. My new smartphone did not able to connect in to the wifi maybe because of band? Not sure why. The room is not sound proof. You can hear people taking from huge hallway. Elevator: The elevator is so old and it will open only for about 5 seconds and will try to squeeze if youre late. There are some nails sticking out of its wall which are unsafe. Swimming pool: It's great. My wife and son enjoyed this too much. Breakfast: I hope there is an option not to include breakfast in booking. You may say it's free but of course its not. I enjoyed only the omelet but it takes to much time for them to cook it. Foods are mostly for chinese and indians. Saw one chinese whose using her used chop sticks in getting food in the buffet but hotel personnel doesnt care. Location: Peaceful at night but if you intend to go to the beach often using public transport then its worse. We tried walking from beach road to hotel using central road and we regret not choosing other hotel near the beach road.

If you want a rock hard bed, a disgusting breakfast and an unfriendly staff this is the place to stay. It lists as a 3 star, I give it 1 star at best.

Checked in here today. Very impressive room. Can't wait to jump in the pool tomorrow to cool down.

Booked this hotel for my daughter and her friend. She contacted me after the first night to let me know about the dirty room, springs from the mattress in her back, the shower head hardly working and noice from the hallway (big Chinese tourist groups) because the door was much smaller than the doorframe. She tried to talk to the reception to get a new room or to get this one fixed but nothing. I tried to send them message 3 times through Agoda booking system but no answer. The bed sheets where not changed for first 11 days and that was not until they specially asked for change that it was done. The swimming pool has a shadow big part of the day and two times they saw rats around there. When they checked out they where charged 200 BHT for two tea-spoons that were missing from the room even though they didn't knew nothing about that. (These spoons are sold in bulk of 12 for 100 BHT). Will never book again.
