Best location for the Siam Bayshore resort, with nice pool and amenities. Great breakfast within the beautiful main lobby and a great overall outdoors garden atmosphere. Check the snooker room for a nice period styling and old art museum. Very clean and well maintained. Good for families with kids. Has several tennis courts which play quite well on the hard court coating, although the balls speed a bit faster than expected and the surface could be fixed in some places.

The most horrible 5 star property I’ve experienced in Thailand. First, my room was not ready for check in 1.5 hour past the designated time. They offered me “an upgrade” which turned out to have 2 twin beds instead of a king and a view of the pool where there is absolutely no privacy. Second, the rooms are run down with the ceiling in the shower peeling off. And most importantly this is the only hotel in the world that has a fee for ice! Even though they waived the fee and it is insignificant - I am simply outraged by this fact. Even 2, 3 star hotels dispense ice for free. Lastly, the receptionist was really rude and unwelcoming. I am so upset by this experience.

Awesome old hotel that has been going through a renovation in all areas. Now it is a stage that you are able to enjoy the fruit of their labor at a reasonable price. You will find places to relax and take great pictures in one of many spots in the plush gardens throughout.

When ever we stay at Siam Bayshore... We feel at home... Thanks to the impeccable hospitality served by the ever smiling staff... Keep up the good work guys !!!

Spa is excellent, the pool is fine, location is great. There is some municipal watercanal close to the hotel. You can notice an unpleasant odour sometimes. Take it into consideration.
