P72 is located in the heart of South Pattaya, neighbouring the "Walking Street" area, the very center of nightlife entertainment, and shopping plazas in the city. AMONG the larger frontages on Walking Street is P72, a bar and restaurant rolled into one. On one side you have the bar, a deep, well-designed place with wooden fittings while there’s a big screen TV if you’re into sport.

It’s a scam hotel! Horrible service, so much attitude ! dirty rooms, dirty sheets, bugs crawling on the floor. The pictures are so misleading. They took a picture of a building across the street and made it as their own. The shower head barely worked. The window was facing the hallway and another room. Mold in the room. The bathroom floor tiles were covered in mold and feces. The room smelled horrible.

Avoid these kind of hotels and go to at least a 4 Star hotel. It looks nice in pictures but absolutely terrible. The restroom has a sewage smell that doesn't go away. The window isn't installed right and has a gap so I have insects in here nonstop. The shower door also isn't installed right so it doesn't shut properly. Their key set is this bulky card with a lock securing a key to it so you can imagine what a hassle that is. Oh and I am in the Deluxe room so don't assume that upgrade is any better.

The restaurant in front of the hotel at walking street has some tasty dishes at fair prices. Love their water melon smoothie (tangmo pan).

Super close to the “actions”. I stayed on the fancier side of the hotel, so I can only comment on the studios— they definitely worth your money.
