The price is expensive compared to other outlet mall and not many choices. I can get a lot cheaper and prettier in JPO (Johor Premium Outlet) Malaysia.

Okay mall, no major special reduced pricing. Ok the beach so easy access and short walk from hard rock hotel

A complete disaster, smallest PO store I have ever seen. Pathetic, its like built in the middle of desolate Street and so unassuming. Walked in to a shop, less than 5min come out. Nothing to buy. Prices are sky high.
