They are working like a govt organization , maintaining hotel timing very strict like First - check in and check out , even room is free they will not entertain earlier check in . We have waited in lobby about 5 hr to get the key , very bad about it , they have to treat us as a own guest which is missing Second - breakfast timing in 7 to 11. .after 11 they will not serve . They close buffet so fast and don't mint if any one is eating , first day we came 10.55 am for breakfast and taken plate to take food but they have taken food which am waiting to take . But food is good ,. Room and bathroom are Average

Such a nice place for Pattaya. I like this place it's great opportunity to join this hotel. It's great for Indian tourist also I like the room design and road also and allowed free breakfast also provide at all

Great hotel in Pattaya, Thailand... Next to sea area.. Affordable hotel.. Many Indian restaurants near by and you will find Indian guest always there.. Awesome pool. services are great..travel desk works fine assists tourists

I had stayed there for 3 nights and booked 3 separate rooms , Everything is fine except the hotel staff ...They are rude while taking request from guest in-fact they are ignoring completely ....I told them that I am tired due to flight and road travel from airport to reach hotel...Kindly allocate at-least one room to relax , beside they can understand mine issue they took more time to allocate check in ....This issue is facing everyone who is staying there..Such a pathetic service by hotel staff I would strongly recommended not to go there....Only because this hotel close to walking street doesn't mean it good.

HOTEL AND SERVICE IS GOOD.. WALKING DISTANCE TO PATTAYA WALKING STREET IS THE MAIN REASON TO STAY HERE FOR PEOPLE.MAINLY PEOPLE FROM INDIA ARE STAYING HERE.
