Good food let down by poor service. Had ask three times for plates and cutlery while the service staff sat in the corner talking and playing in their phones. Lady who took our order forgot what we ordered and we had to order again. We asked for her to take out the coriander from one of the dishes and she replied "how can you eat this without coriander" instead of just a simple yes or no. Was very rude when she said it in Thai. Banana milkshake was amazing. Seafood was fantastic. Soft shell crab was great but big downer on the experience due to poor service. Considering the price, ot should have half decent service.

After visited here a few years back, we didn’t return to this restaurant as much. However on our latest trip back to Pattaya, we visited here again with our family and was really happy with the food, it was so much better than the restaurant we would usually eat. We said that we would go back here instead on our future trip. Lovely scenery and close to the beach.

Nice setting by the beach. Food is quite ok. I think staff service is not as bad as some reviewers' complaints, at least today. (I guess they are assigned with clear-cut scope of duties and perhaps tables to serve, so if you call those who are not assigned to attend your request, they will just not take it.)

The ocean breeze and live music were nice, and service was quick even with so many tables to serve. The food was just average, though. We didn’t order any big-ticket seafood items, so maybe those are better.

I was a visitor with a company events hosted in one of the meeting rooms (VIP2) and the facility staff seed very coordinated in making sure food was distributed rapidly and to every table needed. When a glass was knocked from a table I saw them communicate and deal with it in seconds. Did not eat in the large scenic open restaurant area, and it looked nice from what I saw.
