Hard to find, but amazing. Amazing food, ambience, and knowledge of cuisine. Thai milk tea is not overly sweet like in the markets, green chicken curry is thick and addictive. We tried the 600baht set meal that comes with a huge variety of dishes, absolutely worth it. A must try, high quality, good ingredients, not pretentious.

May's restaurant is as impressive as the story behind it. It's recommended to be the best Thai restaurant in Pattaya. And it doesn't stop there, May is opening up new restaurants outside Thailand. Quite unusual to leave the corporate world to go cooking in a hut. But when you do things with LOVE and PASSION good things are coming your way. I'm sure you'll find your way to MAY soon to enjoy the experience...

Found this great cosy restaurant in Pattaya whilst looking for a dinner venue. It was definitely a very good find! We arrived there without booking and came to a full restaurant. Despite that, the owner, May, was very lovely and offered us to come back 30minutes later with a confirmed table. We ordered 5dishes: the fish was the highlight of the meal. It was very fresh and the lime chilli wasn’t too spicy. Also worth trying is the lamb curry as well. They were very generous and gave us at least 4pieces of decent sized lamb chops. We chatted with May after dinner & she shared her Bangkok outlet with us. What was the most inspirational was May and her husband handmade and painted almost all of the interior of the restaurant. The food they made also has zero sugar- they either replaced it with honey if needed if not the sugar comes naturally from the ingredients. Good venue, atmosphere and really delicious food. I’d definitely come back here and also check out their Bangkok restaurant the next time.

Mays is a Chic Thai Restaurant in Jomtien. Food and presentation is of an exceptional nature. Signature dishes cooked the May way. Everything we tried was perfect. Service is great. Certainly worth a visit.
