Very nice hotel. Well presented and in good location. Food is good and not too expensive. Rooms are spacious and the pool is nice. All staff were professional and friendly. Just let itself down with finishing touches. We're had a jacuzzi bathroom with walk in showers . Fab, but was recently painted and it looked like it had been done by a 5 year old with a chicken's foot - not an adult with a brush. Very messy and let's it down . Sealer all over the place too.

Good place, friendly staff and safe. My room was decent sized and had a jacuzzi. I was right by the gym and rooftop pool. Excellent location right by the beach & South Pattaya.

worst experience of our life we had in this hotel , staff at the reception is totally un-cooperative and rude over it they are cheat too. they had taken 1000 baht deposit per room and we had 5 rooms out of which for one room they said they have refunded the deposit even though we had not given the room keys to check out , without room keys how can they check what we have used from there mini bar and without checking how can they refund , when we pointed this to the manager who was at the reception she refused to listen and said our time is up and started talking to other guests, in the money receipt also it was not our signature... it was clear case of cheating ....and in other rooms we had not used there mini bar but they charges us .. just avoid this hotel its worst for travellers

Amazing Hotel, excellent location. The ambience cannot get better. Good food to top it up.
