Overall good experience at hotel for 4 days. Co-operative and polite staff, specially people at reception are very friendly. House keeping did their work proper on time but there are no toiletries left at hotel, no hair dryer, no bath tub, tea maker kettle was not proper, limited breakfast There is a need of some improvement. But full marks to staff and receiptions, they are the best.

I don't like the hotel. No room service provided. Everything have to buy. Breakfast was not good. Lack of staff.
