Hotelnya lumayan tua, lokasi nya jauh dari keramaian pattaya jadi tidak terasa suasana malam pattaya yang penuh hiburan. Lokasi juga jauh dari seven eleven. Saya check in bersama group yang saya bawa sekitar jam 11 malam, Tidak ada pegawai yang datang menghampiri untuk membantu membawakan tas kamgi, padahal tas kami banyak. Tidak ada welcome drink, wajah security tidak bersahabat layak nya security hotel yang harus nya ramah. Di sekitar hotel tidak ada transportasi.
