Absolutely excellent. Staff are always ready to help, rooms are spacious and clean with all amenities. Breakfast buffet has many, many options; eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, pastries, cereals, fruits, coffee, teas, juices, many Asian entrees and lunch/dinner options as well.

The hotel is very good. Hotel staff was awesome they help me out in everything. Food provided by the hotel was awesome. Location of this hotel is also very good It is near to Beach. Hotel staff also helped me out organizing my Coral Island Tour. Which includes pick and dropped facilities as well.

Had to leave early and book another hotel as the noise was horrendous, single glazed windows that dont shut properly so the wind breaks through causing a draft & noise so loud i didn't sleep the whole night, on top of that they was renovating bedrooms next door so drilling and banging through out the day from 8am till 8pm, worst experience I've encounted, i lasted 1 day in that hotel, also if you have a friend pop over its a 1000baht fine. Other than that the staff were friendly and welcoming, hotels nice big rooms just very noisy!

Ordinary modern style hotel on Pattaya...But, price table what this hotel suggest to their guest during on hot season...Well...it feel little overrated.

We checked in on 29th Nov. Around 9PM sll the way travelling from Kathmandu and shocked to see the condition of the room given to us.The AC was not working and there was strong smell of wood/paints due to heat. We contacted the concerned staff and they started maintaining it, thrice they tried and ultimately informed us for change of room at 1AM. IT was a real bad experience. Next day the manager contacted us and apologised and returned our one night stay. We appreciate her gesture and her way of politely handling the situation but by that time the damage was already done. We expect better services from a Hotel of their stature.
