The hotel experience is exceptional, room service and excellent cleanliness. The level of service and courtesy of the staff at the reception, hotel entrance and even lifts. Today we received service from sandy and kero at a simply excellent reception. Highly recommend coming to Pattaya for this hotel

It is one of the best hotels for a family vacation. The hotel has small water park so the kids can enjoy. The Terminal 21 shopping center is connected to the hotel, which has plenty of brand restaurants and shops.

Rooms were very clean, great breakfast a lot of option, good pool and the view was pretty nice! (Depends on your room though). Located on top of terminal 21 mall. Top notch hotel!

Great hotel to stay in Pattaya. Everything you need is near to you. Nice staff. Very helpful. Everyone is trying to satisfy you. Terminal 21 mall is connrcted to the hotel , a huge variety of shops, coffee shops and reataurants, and you should not think about Halal food, beacause it's available in indian & lebanese restaurants there. A great trip to have. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
