Would have given 4/5 stars if staff were helpful. Didn't keep coffee, sugar etc and when asked for it, they said, it's already provided(acted as if we were lying). Feels bad to be treated like this. Hope management takes required actions. Could be better if receptionist help with tourists asks like where to go/ how to go.. may be even just keep tourist booklets. Hotel on its own is good though.

Excellent Hotel in Pattaya i have positive waves people in hotels are cooperative all the staff very supportive and receptionist all good behaviour and Room service was very excellent and understanding to the customer timing

One of the best hotels, I have ever been to. Great rooms and breakfast is best thing. Service was awsome. Just a major drawback for smokers since entire hotel is non smoking. Atleast they should have managed for few smoking rooms

The hotel rooms are good and the House keeping is good. But the staffs are so rude and there is no restaurants in this Hotel, need to go near by Hotel (Hotel Keys). Parking area in ok. Pool also there. We didn't like the Hotel because of the Staffs and the Non availability of the restaurant and miss comfortableness.
