Would have given 4/5 stars if staff were helpful. Didn't keep coffee, sugar etc and when asked for it, they said, it's already provided(acted as if we were lying). Feels bad to be treated like this. Hope management takes required actions. Could be better if receptionist help with tourists asks like where to go/ how to go.. may be even just keep tourist booklets. Hotel on its own is good though.
