Alright, here I am giving it a 4 star because despite the shockingly rundown entrance, the hotel is clean, very clean, and the staff genuinely kind, and the location is great, if you wanna stay near (any kind of) action... from the beach to the nice mall to whatever else you’re looking for. There are several nicer hotels for 3/4x the price on the same street (Soi 10) but I’d stay here again. It was worth it.

Good service.. Very good location.. It's really easy to walk to all main place from this hotel.. Economic price..

This whole group seems to have gone for a lower market and over all the prices remain the same. You do not get all of the services that they used to give - no free drinking water, no restaurant on site. Hotel is clean, staff are OK, and it was quiet until my last night when a bunch of 'men on the hunt' occupied rooms on the same floor.
