This place is divine! The staff- each & every person is extremely polite, welcoming & helpful. They have a lot of good options for the breakfast & dinner buffets. The property is huge so it's a good idea to call the golf car to go to the poolside/restaurants. There are many options for eating out (the restaurant beside pool was very good) within a few minutes walking distance to the beach just outside the property. I had read a lot of reviews before making the booking for this resort and it seems as though the property has taken care of all the negative feedback and this shows that they value their customers. Loved our stay & hope we can visit again soon.

I gave it four stars because of the staff the service is very good very accommodating and patient. I don't know if it was mere coincidence or intentional but when I told the desk I was cold I wanted to blanket the blanket arrived in my room very quickly and warm fresh from the dryer! As far as room quality goes I'm not quite sure if I would stay again the bed was only okay. and I had a difficult time getting the the shower to give hot water . This hotel seems dated and is due for some renovations. If you come, come for the quality service. Or the salt water pool!

We, liked all the services, food, the staff. I have 2 things u need to change for the better. We the customers need Tea or Coffee it should be at the Reception room all the time. It is not that expensive. Keep the swimming pool open till 10.00 pm. This keeps us happy.

Old classic hotel. Prefer suite only. Excellent laundry service. Huge breakfast. Brilliant coffee. Interesting to learn that the Thai are excellent in all sorts of drinks

Very convenient located resort, at walking distance from the beach road. Beautiful decorated with traditional Thai elements and orchids everywhere, the garden inside is gorgeous. We had a deluxe room, with a giant king sized bed. The breakfast is in a too small restaurant, it didn't feel comfortable to eat in a overcrowded place
