My worst experience ever in a hotel. The hotel was booked by a local travel organiser. It’s on the walking street. Except that there’s nothing positive about this hotel. Rooms are old and not maintained. Toilets are stained and you can see they are not doing good. My group were the only guests staying there. The worst part is my brother lost AUD 400 from his bag in his room. We went down to have breakfast and asked the rooms to be cleaned and when came back he found his money missing. We complained at the front desk and they were casual about it. Then we made a Police complaint at the police station in Soi9. The police guys came and enquires and said they would come the next day and check the cctv footages. We clearly know it was done by the lady who cleaned the room. We immediately changed our rooms to pattaya Grand hotel a couple streets away. As we were leaving in 2 days couldn’t Pursue the case. When the lady who we suspect was called by the management she shouted at us that she works here for 2 years. The management guys were friendly with her. It’s my brothers mistake that he left the money in the bag. But this hotel is not a safe place and is a cheap dungeon. At just 100 bahts more there are good places nearby.
