I got the good service at the car park and the receptions as well. The staff told every benefit of my executive with club benefits room. The breakfast will be on 38fl. Actually, I should get a complementary dish(Fruits) but they did not prepare it for me even I asked them twice. You also get some drink and snack around 6-8PM as well. The room size is normal. You can see the great 180 ocean view from this room. They also have a nice swimming pool.

Big 500 room high rise 38st building with great views overlooking Pattaya bay on the quieter side of jomtien beach. +: Great views on the floors 8-9 and above to the top/ 2 beautiful swimming pools one at ground level and the other at floor 5 with sea view/ big breakfast buffet/ location exactly on the beach, u just have to cross the road and easy access to Pattaya city centre with baht bus in 15-20 min. -: rooms are dated with very visible signs of wear and need some tlc Overall good value for money and recommended if u want relaxing holiday on the beach

the women at the reception do not know any English and if you are a foreigner it will be very difficult to manage. The rooms are full of misery, it smells awful and it is also very dirty. The terraces of some rooms do not open. We traveled from Europe to Thailand and had to wait 4 hours just to accommodate us, and separately there Were problems that we didn't pay for the room, which was paid for a few days before the flight. That evening we decided to move to another hotel , which is centrally located and much better than this one. The internet is slow and intermittent. They took us a lot of money for this misery in which we found ourselves. If you want a relaxing holiday do NOT go to this hotel !!!

Amazing experience at this hotel. Seaview rooms, swimming pool and rooftop bar can make your day. Best hotel in the town.

A hotel with a great ocean view rooms and good food! Nice getaway place! However unlike other hotels club rooms do not offer snacks / beverages throughout the day! Restricted hours only!
