Great Hotel, I was predicting the usual army of Chinese slamming doors and shouting all night that I usually experience in Thai hotels. This hotel though had a pool-side wing of rooms especially for those guests that prefer not to be woken up by inconsiderate hordes of imbeciles. Staff were brilliant and pricing was acceptable. Catered to our need for a baby bed without hesitation. Cannot fault this hotel at all. Very impressed and thank you.

The hotel is called beach resort, but don't expect sunbeds on the sand and swimming in the sea, it's not that kind of beach. There is a nice pool, though. The hotel has a bit of '90s feel to it, it's in good condition, but it will take a lot of effort to keep this place in good shape. Because of the attractive pricing, the hotel is in high demand by tourist groups, coming in by the bus load. Rooms are well proportioned, with tub, and all you'd expect from a big size hotel like this. Overall it's value for money, but don't expect too much.

Stayed there for a week. Pros: - Courteous staff - Decent housekeeping and hygeine - Beautiful sea view. - Beautiful swimming pool. Cons: - There is a beach but it is quite small -Water temains really still and doesn't feel like sea horrible WiFi. There is a network of routers and each one of them one requires a different login. If you are connected to one router and move away from its range, you get signed out immediately and then sign in again. At times login screen will not load. Then a often it won't work even if you are connected.

Nice, friendly and helpful staffs. Food at Chaba coffee shop was delicious and creative for kids' menu. Room was spacious and clean. Value of money.

Nice for family group with reasonable price. Great location close with the beach.
