All the staff were able to courteously provide all our needs during our stay. From the transportation to the beach back to the bus station, they made things smooth and hassle-free. The kids enjoyed the pool and play room, and we enjoyed the buffet as well. The food choices were just enough, complimenting the value of what we've paid. The rooms and every facilities are still new, we love the japanese style bathrooms/toilets. their sea view reception area is a good spot to relax and take pictures and you can also munch on biscuits and coffee for free.

We had a great time staying here, staff are very professional and speak multiple languages. Checking in and out was fast and facilities are clean. Our private taxi didn't show up and one of the staff was able to help arrange transportation to our next city. Would stay again.

Very good Will come back again. New hotel, quiet, big bed, space living room Good breakfast, last till 10.30am, food are refilled often to serve customers. The only draw up is there was bad smell from the restroom (might be due to new building) Good service mind staffs Very helpful car parking helper. Location is easy to access, can avoid the traffic from shopping malls, they have free shuttle bus to terminal 21 Mall , on time and convenience for us. Recommend.

Excellent Breakfast buffet. Room is very clean with contemporary interior. Good beds. Friendly staff. Hotel is 3 km away from Pattaya beach but a shuttle bus is offered free of charge.

This is a great hotel for kids. Very clean and easy check in. Our only complaint is the elevators. Very slow to wait for them.
