The first impression was the huge fantasy lobby with forest theme decorations. I love how they give you a voucher for welcome drinks. So you can choose to use it for a soft drink or pay a bit of additional charges for alcohol drinks. The room looks cozy and can make you feel like you are in the forest theme, yet near the beach. The view is spectacular! The check-in service was a bit slow. Also not enough bellboy for the service. However, the buffet breakfast here is the best hotel breakfast i’ve ever had!

Very good property with many facilities. Very good for families as the hotel has a mini water park, pool, lazy river, smaller kids play area, e-zone for older kids games, and family dining area for club guests. The hotel is themed after the lost world and is impressive. Restaurant selection is very good and the food quality too.

Best family resort. A waterpark inside the resort which is a big attraction for family with kids. Private beach is clean. They organized pool volley which was fun. Only reason for 4 stars is that they don't have any tubes for kids. There is a cartel on the beach and they sell at exorbitant prices. The resort can actually rent it since most families would use the tube for 1-2 hrs and there is no reason why would anyone carry it all the way back home.

Perfect place for family and kids. Just stay here no need to go outside you will have a water park, swimming pool, games room, kids playground room, fitness, spa, restaurant, bar everything. And Family Mart just right in front of the hotel. Breakfast very good!!!

Wow what can I say about this amazing hotel? Arrived in a taxi with my son aged 7. My son started feeling unwell in the taxi. When we arrived at hotel they advised we go straight to the hospital so they arranged a taxi and sorted our luggage out. When we got back to the hotel the lady on reception took us straight to our room and she organised a get well hamper, fruit, cakes and a get well card. This hotel really is a special hotel. We feel so looked after. My son has been in the pool and has gone down the slides a million times. Happy mum happy son. Great views and great location. Our room is modern clean and has the most amazing sea view.
