If money is no object, then this Hotel might be for you. Even the discounted room rates are high for Pattaya. The rooms, the pool, and the ambience is all 5-star, though. The hotel is away from the action, and quiet. Restaurants and shopping mostly require a taxi. The view from the bathroom in a seaview room is not one that will likely ever be forgotten, though, and worth the price. Indulgence is fun. No?

Great hospitality and great services. Hotel located in prime area with shuttle bus service to Pattaya beach every 15 minutes. Breakfast was EXCELLENT, lots varieties of food, drink plus high quality. I could notice eggs I had for breakfast were bigger yolk compared to normal egg I usually have every morning. Highly recommended. One drawback for me is that room was too cold, thermostat did not function. i had to ask for additional blanket. Hotel tried to fix it and told me it was ok, but the second night was the same, so chilly.

Lovely hotel in a nice location. The infinity pools are fantastic (though please stop at 4000 pictures, some people are shameless). View from the effective lounge on the 24th was fantastic. Would be great if they could clean the beach/sea more regularly, but not really their issue.

Popular destination for tourists including Thai locals. Pools with spectacular view of the Pattaya Bay. Ocean view in every room, so you don't have to worry about which room you are getting. No direct access to the beach, but very close distance to major attractions like the carabet shows and the famous Pattaya beaches.

Hi all, it's a nice hotel no more . The room is very spacious but very very dark, even next to the mirror. You receive 3 free voucher for non alcoholic drinks which is nice . The TV picture is very poor. Don't dare taking the southern rooms, the balcony's doors weren't sealed at all. There are low drawers but no shelves at the closet. The hotel has very nice design, free Gym with great great trainer , nice kids club and very good & free transport service, don't expect for too many internal activities at the hotel. I'm sure that when the hotel was opened, all facilities were great... but lack of maintenance during the years nor scheduled preventive maintenance made it to be at poor condition ,you can notice it immediately by the number of maintenance employees, the room and showers status, pool etc... The staff is very nice, polite and arrive fast but use the "plaster" and combination method and never fix the problem as necessary. We had a leak from the air condition 3 days that wasn't fixed and the drops fell and woke us up, nevertheless no shift manager was arrived but "maintenance" employee with zero knowledge. We had blockage at the shower and the door to the balcony wasn't sealed so air was whistling and we had to change the room. The combination of wood instead of marble at the shower is very bad and not recommended. At the bottom line : due to the maintenance condition I'm not recommending but I think it has great great potential.
