Hygiene was ok, online I thought I was getting a sea view, instead was put in a boxy little room facing run down apartments. Had no soap or toilet paper. They tried charging us 25$ to wash a towel that had a bit of makeup that was clearly washable, which we washed our selves. The wifi didn’t work. The staff were very rude in reception the whole time I was there. Not recommended to anyone !!

This hotel needs some work. There was putty all over the shower in obvious different colours to the tiles. Showers were super narrow. Buffet breakfast was average. Some of the service at reception was horrible and it was like it was an inconvenience them helping you. Sometimes they would charge you for internet, other times they would not.

This is a lovely place which is near the walking street. The amenities are fairly suitable for the low budget.

Booked online for a sea view room, got put in a room in their other building (Brava boutique hotel) a street back which had a view of a dirty street, we were given no soap to wash our hands with & after asking for some we were told we weren't allowed any more as we had some in our room... (she was referring to a 20ml bottle that said 'bodywash') There is a soap dispenser & a bodywash dispenser in the shower that were also both empty. The wifi drops out a few minutes after you log into it, we were told that we had to pay 500thb to replace a towel that had a little bit of cc cream and mascara on it, after we kicked up a fuss, we took the towel back & it took 1 minute to get it out with our soap (that we had previously had to go & buy) We had to ask for toilet paper after room had been serviced as they hadn't supplied us with any. Staff were rude. No coffee, tea or milk in rooms. Cushions were stained. The corridor stunk of cigarette smoke as people must be smoking in the rooms. A little unfortunate as the hygiene of the place was ok & it's a nice enough hotel that has alot of potential if managed properly. Breakfast buffet was nice.
