This place is conviniently located, all the places you actually need while your stay in a hotel is there. The best sea/beach view you can get it is from the swimming pool and the restaurant. To get into the beach just cross the street and you are done. Just beside this hotel there is shopping mall named Grand Plaza, Ripley's Believe it or not is there and you will find all the Big Brand food chain in there as well with regular sales offer from different clothing Brands. Here breakfast is pretty decent, seven to eleven is there, walking street is just 10Baht away. Recommend to stay if you are okay with bit old run down type hotel but still ensures all the amenities.

The room has old furniture smelling in the bathroom and key is metal real KEY, not the plastic key. Very uncomfortable to carry. Above all, they stole my sleeping pillow and nice beach tower. Since it was metal key, no one knew who went in to the room. No record at all. Don't go there. If you have nothing to lose, go there due to location is good.

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located at beach road, quite near walking street, and right next to Royal Garden Plaza. Helpful reception. There is a rooftop swimming pool and restaurant with excellent sweeping views of Pattaya Bay.

Older hotel but ticked all the boxes. Good location, great breakfast on the roof with amazing beach views (to bad the beach is terrible) with friendly helpful staff. Older furniture and finishes but everything worked and was clean. I bit noisy but your in a party town so to be expected.

Except location , nothing is good to be recommended. Unfortunately staffs are unprofessional and substandard compared to many other hotels. Breakfast quality is below average. Not good for family travellers. We had to wait long for check in. Unfriendly receptionists. Sorry that we had to pick up and immediately we moved to another hotel.
